Thank you for your interest in working with us at the Wayne County Fairgrounds. The attached package included all the REQUIRED documents need for the 2021 fair. Please take your time and complete each form in it’s entirety, incomplete packages will be disqualified.

2.) Please complete the attached W-4 form
3.) Please complete the attached I-9 form
(you will need to attach photo copies of TWO forms of acceptable legal id’s)
4.) The completed forms will need to be returned to:

5.) If you are between the ages of 14 and 17, please bring your ORIGINAL working papers and attach it to the rest of the required paperwork. You will get them back at the end of your employment of the fair.
