Board of Directors

 The Board of Directors of the Union Agricultural Society at Palmyra, aka Wayne County Fair, are elected to 3-year terms by the Stockholders of the Union Agricultural Society at Palmyra. Officers are elected by the participating Board members.

Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month [7:00pm]at the Palmyra Community Center, with the exception of August as it is the month of the fair; August 3 is a joint meeting with the Advisory Board @ 7:00pm at the Palmyra Community Center.
