Our 2017 Fair Apprentice

Elizabeth Frey

Seventeen year old Liz Frey who hails from Sodus
and is a senior at Sodus Central School.
She is the daughter of Jeff and Laurie McFaul-Frey.
Liz is a long-time and very active member of 4-H
and has won many national, state, and county
awards for her involvement with goats, rabbits,
cavy, poultry, and dairy competition.
She was also last year’s Dairy Princess.
Following high school graduation,
Liz is planning on attending college.
The Wayne County Fair Apprentice Program
was established in 2007 to encourage
the next generation of potential leaders
of the fair and the community.
The apprentice has the opportunity to work
with the Fair Board throughout the process
of planning and executing the event
to gain realistic experience.
Liz will also make public appearances
as an ambassador for the Fair.
